Artist Services Terms

These terms explain the standard structure for JoshYouWut artist packages, custom production, mixing, mastering, consultation, and release-support services. A written order or statement of work controls the final package, price, deposit, start date, deliverables, and rights.

Scope

Services are limited to the package or custom scope confirmed in writing. Package examples include Music Launch Loadout for one full song, Elite Exclusive Music Bundle for up to five full songs, and All-Inclusive Music Bundle for up to ten full songs.

Client Materials

Clients are responsible for providing required materials on time, including vocals, demos, references, lyrics, stems, session files, artist information, release dates, distribution details, and ownership information.

Timeline And Revisions

Timelines depend on complete materials, timely feedback, and timely payment. Revision limits must be stated in the order. Unlimited revisions, if offered, means reasonable revisions within the original approved scope, not unlimited new songs, new beats, new arrangements, or indefinite work.

Payment

Deposits or full payment may be required before work begins. JoshYouWut may pause work or withhold final files until required payments clear.

Rights And Ownership

No beat, composition, sound recording, master, stem, mix, project file, or deliverable rights transfer until payment clears and the applicable license or written rights agreement is confirmed.

Deliverables

Deliverables include only the final files listed in the order. Raw sessions, plugin chains, presets, alternate versions, stems, instrumentals, acapellas, project files, and editable source files are not included unless stated in writing.

Cancellation And Refunds

If a client cancels after work begins, deposits and completed work may be non-refundable. Refunds are governed by the JoshYouWut Refund and Support Policy plus order-specific payment terms.

No Outcome Guarantee

JoshYouWut does not guarantee playlist placement, label interest, sync placement, revenue, audience growth, viral performance, platform acceptance, PRO payout, or commercial success.
