Submitting a form, joining a product list, clicking a purchase-path button, or requesting a quote does not by itself create a final sale, license, exclusive reservation, service booking, or file-delivery obligation.

Beat previews and site content are for evaluation only. A preview stream or short audio sample does not grant rights to record, release, monetize, distribute, perform, synchronize, sample, resell, sublicense, Content ID, or otherwise use a beat.

You may not copy, scrape, reupload, sell, license, sample, train on, distribute, or commercially exploit JoshYouWut site content without written permission.

Services And Products

Artist packages, custom production, mixing, mastering, consultation, SYNC work, and plugin products are scoped individually. Final deliverables, timelines, revision limits, files, payment schedule, compatibility, rights, and support must be confirmed in writing.

If you submit forms, demos, links, references, stems, lyrics, artist information, phone numbers, emails, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to submit them. JoshYouWut may review submitted materials to respond to your inquiry, scope work, quote services, evaluate fit, provide support, and prepare a potential transaction.
