Your Mix Sucks End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs use of Your Mix Sucks, a Logic Pro Audio Unit plugin by Joshua "JoshYouWut" Walker, operating as JoshYouWut.

Product

Your Mix Sucks analyzes audio and provides mix feedback, scoring, and notes. It is an analysis and education tool. It does not guarantee a professional mix, commercial release quality, streaming performance, or mastering approval.

License Grant

After full payment and authorized delivery, JoshYouWut grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Your Mix Sucks for personal or professional music production on supported systems.

The $59 launch license is one user, usable on that user's personal machines. Studio, team, multi-seat, resale, shared lab, and client-install licenses require a separate written license.

Ownership And Restrictions

Your Mix Sucks is licensed, not sold. Buyers may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, transfer, reverse engineer, share installers or license files, bypass licensing/security checks, or use the plugin to build a competing analysis product.

Compatibility

Compatibility may depend on macOS version, Logic Pro version, Audio Unit scanning, processor architecture, permissions, installation path, and security settings. Buyers should check published compatibility notes before purchase.

Updates

The $59 one-time license includes minor updates, bug fixes, and compatibility maintenance for the current major version when JoshYouWut makes those updates available. It does not include a lifetime-update promise, all future major versions, platform migrations, new paid feature editions, or priority support unless the order says otherwise.

Feedback And Privacy

The plugin provides automated analysis and feedback based on audio input and internal rules. Feedback may be incomplete, wrong, subjective, genre-dependent, or unsuitable for a particular creative goal. Unless a separate feature or policy says otherwise, the plugin should be treated as local analysis software.

Support should be requested through support@joshyouwut.com. Refunds are governed by the JoshYouWut Refund and Support Policy.
